My name is Hélène Turgeon, and I am a Certified Translator. I am truly passionate about languages and communications. Nearly 15 years ago, I decided to turn this passion into a career. Today, I have over 11 years of experience in translation, revision and professional copywriting. 

Communications Art&Fact was born in Spring 2014 out of my desire to pursue a new professional challenge and create my own linguistic services business. And now, here I am: a freelance translator, revisor and writer, very excited to offer my services!

My hardworking demeanor, professionalism, dligence, discretion and exceptional attention to detail make me an invaluable resource to meet all your written communication needs. 

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

- Certified Translator — member of the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ) since 2006
- Member of the Editors' Association of Canada
- Bachelor's Degree in Specialized Translation from the Université de Montréal (2002)
- Over 11 years' experience as a translator and revisor in major companies, namely the Montreal Exchange, Honeywell and Loto-Québec
- Able to translate both from English to French and from French to English
- Efficient, dedicated to high-quality work and eager to meet clients' needs

OTHER INTERESTS

Aside from languages, my passions include triathlon, running, music, poetry, cinema, and, of course, my little family.
